10 days from the date of delivery. We ask you to make sure the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and that you ship the item(s) back in their original packaging and box.

Customers are responsible for payment of any shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns.

Please note a refund on returned goods is only done once the item has been returned to us and all fees paid for. Any costs not paid but incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund and the net balance refunded.

While some companies build return fees into their prices, we charge only the exact cost of shipping your items to you so that we can keep our prices as low as possible. This way, you’re not paying for returns or shipping you might never make.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
