Refund policy
Easy Returns
You can return your items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Make sure all tags are still attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service to start the return process.
- Fill out the provided return form and attach it to your return package.
- Send the item(s) back to us using any trackable shipping method, at your expense.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process the return and issue a refund.
Return Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes incurred. Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If there are any fees unpaid by you but incurred during the return, those will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
